THE CONSTITUTION (NINTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1960 [28th December, 1960.] An Act further to amend the Constitution of India to give effect to the transfer of certain territories to Pakistan in pursuance of the agreements entered into between the Governments of India and Pakistan. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the Constitution (Ninth Amendment) Act, 1960.
