THE CONSTITUTION (THIRTY-SEVENTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1975 [3rd May, 1975.] An Act further to amend the Constitution of India. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be called the Constitution (Thirty-seventh Amendment) Act, 1975.
