Wealth-tax 38. Amendment of section 2 In section 2 of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the Wealth-tax Act), in clause (ea), in the Explanation, in clause (b), the words or any land held by the assessee as stock-in-trade for a period of three years from the date of its acquisition by him shall be inserted at the end with effect from the 1st day of April, 1994.
