Procedure for import of certain items under the India-Nepal Treaty of Trade signed on 2.3.2003- amendment therein PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 69(RE-03) Dated 24/06/2004 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy 2002-07, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide S.O. No. 349 E dated 31.03.2002, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby make the following corrections in Public Notice No. 68/2002-07 dated 23/06/2004 prescribing the procedure for import of certain items under the Indo-Nepal Treaty of Trade signed on 2.3.2002:- Point No. 2 of Public Notice No. 68 dated 23.6.2004 shall be corrected to read as under: "State Trading Corporation (STC) shall be the sole agency to make imports of vegetable fats (Vanaspati) upto the indicated quantity on annual quota basis.
