Amendments in SION related to Table eggs PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 24/2004-09 Dated 16/11/2004 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following substitution in the Hand Book of Procedures, Vol. II, 2004-2009 as amended:- 27 Food Product Sl.No.E-108 (amended vide Public Notice No. 46 Dated: 06/11/2002) The norm covered by this entry is substituted by the following:- Sl.No. Export Item Qty. Import Item Qty. Allowed E-108 Table eggs 1000 Nos. 1. Di-Calcium Phosphate 0.920 kg 2. Pigment/Color viz. Beta- Carotene 10%, 20%, 30% Carophyll Red/ Yellow 0.37 kg 3. Antiboitics and Coccidiostats vic. Neomycin, Tylosin, auromycin, Amprolium, their salts and compounds 0.18 kg 4. Premix Vitamin supplements (including Calcium Di- Pantothenate 45%) 0.12 kg 5. Packing material (Card Board Chromo paper) Net+2% wastage Note: (a) Pure medicines should not exceed 20% of the total weight of medicine in case of import item No. 3. (b) In case of import item No. 4, pure vitamins should not exceed 50% of the total premix weight and the vitamin premix should contain a mixture of two or more vitamins. (c) The CIF value of imported inputs ( excluding packing materials) shall not exceed 10% of the total FOB value for Advance Licences taken under this SION. (d) This SION shall be operated under actual user conditions and no DFRC shall be issued under this SION. This issues in Public interest. Sd/- ( K. T.
