F.III/7/T T/Misc./2000/Estt/Pt.I/5410-16, dated 31.01.2014 issued by the HR Branch of Department Trade Taxes with the approval of Commissioner (VAT), it is brought to the notice of all concerned that the following Assisstant Commissioners have been designated as Objection Hearing Authorities in the Department as per the details given below:- S. NO. NAME OF OFFICER AND DESIGNATION WORK ALLOCATED 1 Sh. V.M. Bhagi, AC (VAT) OHA with respect to 2A 2B mismatch objections. 2 Sh. Manoj Kr. Dass, AC (VAT) OHA with respect to Statutory Forms. All Objection Hearing Authorities in the Department are requested to forward the concerned files on the above subjects in Room No.-1 (adjacent to Punjab Sind Bank) on the 1st Floor of Vyapar Bhawan, Department of Trade and Taxes, I.P. Estate, New Delhi. The objections will be accepted and heard in Room No.-1 (adjacent to Punjab Sind Bank) on the 1st Floor from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. 2.00 p.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days. (V.M.
