Refund/Rebate claims through ACES only. - Service Tax - 01/2014

OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS, CENTRAL EXCISE SERVICE TAX TOWN CENTRE, N-5, CIDCO, AURANGABAD 43130 TRADE FACILITY No. 01/2014 In order to facilitate all manufacturers, dealers, service providers, industries and trade in the jurisdiction of Aurangabad Commissionerate, they are hereby informed that Refund/ Rebate/ Export modules are fully functional and are requested to be extensively used. It will also generate data base of Exports which will enable smoother and faster disposals of rebate claims. 2. Therefore, all concerned are requested to file all Refund/ Rebate claims through ACES only. The supporting documentary evidences etc. may be filed in hard copy as is being done now and/ or can be uploaded with claims to avoid delay in processing the claims. 3. All Trade associations are requested to inform their members of the content of this Trade Facility for necessary action. 4.
