Attention of all Trade Associations and stake holders is invited to the Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme 2013 (VCES-2013) and Notification No. 10/2013 Service Tax dated 13.05.2013 , Trade Notice No. 07/2013 dated 23.05.2013 , 08/2013 dated 18.10.2013 and 13/2013 dated 04.12.2013 . 2. The Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme (VCES) has come into effect from 10.05.2013 and the last date for submission of declarations under VCES-2013 is 31 st December, 2013. Since a very short time is left to avail of the benefits of VCES-2013 , it has been decided that this office will remain open on all Saturdays of December, 2013 for accepting and speedy processing the VCES declarations. All the trade Associations are requested to give wide publicity to the content of this Trade Notice amongst their members and all stake holders.
