Following line of Para 3.3 The cess should be paid before the GR-1 stamped with a ten digit serial number in Export Department. , will now be read as follows: The cess should be paid after generation of checklist and before examination of goods. 2. Following line of Para 9.1 The second copy of the shipping Bill and the GR-1 form will be authenticated only after goods have been exported and Export General Manifest is returned from airline. , will now be read as follows:- The second copy of Shipping Bill will be authenticated only after goods have been exported and Export General Manifest is returned from Airline. The second copy of GR-1 will be authenticated at the time of LET EXPORT ORDER. 3.
