No. 261/27/5/93-CX.8] Government of India Central Board of Excise Customs New Delhi Subject : Order In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 140 of the Central Excise Rule, 1944, the Central Government hereby declares the premises of Madras Refineries Limited, Cauery Basin Refinery, Panangudi Village Naggapattnam, Quaid-E-Milleth District, Tamil Nadu as a refinery in relation to Crude Oil falling under 2709 of the Schedule to Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986).
