Attention to Circular No. 2/92, dated 22nd April, 1992 (F.No. 208/24/ 92-CX.6) on the above subject and to say that in view of what has been stated in Circular No.16/92-CX.6, dated 12-11-1992 (F.No. 208/59/92-CX.6) Circular No. 2/92-CX.6, dated 22-4-1992 stands withdrawn.
