Disputed Fee - Definition / Legal Terminology - Income Tax

As per Section 89(1)(f) of Chapter IV (The Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2024) Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024. Disputed Fee means- the fee determined under the provisions of the Income-tax Act in respect of which appeal has been filed by the appellant;
