Disputed Income - Definition / Legal Terminology - Income Tax

As per Section 89(1)(g) of Chapter IV (The Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2024) Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024. Disputed Income in relation to an assessment year, means- the whole or so much of the total income as is relatable to the disputed tax;
