Negotiation According to Black s Law Dictionary (Sixth Edition), Negotiation is a process of submission and consideration of offers until acceptable offer is made and accepted. It means the deliberations, discussion or conference upon the terms of a proposed agreement or the act of settlement of arranging the terms of and conditions of a bargain, or sale, or other business transaction.
