Concealment According to Black s Law Dictionary (8th edition), the word concealment means, the act of refraining from disclosure, especially, an act by which one prevents or hinders the discovery of something, Concealment is affirmative act intended or known to he likely to keep another from learning of a fact of which he would otherwise have learnt.
