Of all human-powered locomotion, it is the fastest and least energy-demanding. Rickshaw: - (from Japanese: human-powered vehicle ), two-wheeled vehicle with a doorless, chair like body and a collapsible hood, which holds one or two passengers and is drawn by a man between two shafts. It was used widely in the Orient but was largely superseded by the pedicab, a rickshaw driven by bicycle. According to Merriam Webster s Dictionary :- Bicycle:- A vehicle with two wheels tandem, handlebars for steering, a saddle seat and pedals by which it is propelled. Rickshaw :- A small covered 2-wheeled vehicle usually for one passenger that is pulled by one man and that was used originally in Japan. According to Cambridge International English Dictionary - Bicycle: -a two-wheeled vehicle that you sit on and move by turning the two pedals Rickshaw:- a small, covered passenger vehicle with two wheels that is usually pulled by one person. According to Collins Dictionary Bicycle: - A bicycle is a vehicle with two wheels which you ride by sitting on it and pushing two pedals with your feet.
