Amendment in the Notification Number S.O. 1293(E) dated 11th August, 2006. - S.O. 590(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17 April, 2007 S.O. 590(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O. 1293(E) dated 11th August, 2006 , namely:- In the said notification, for the A.P. Techno Project, Private Limited the words L and T Phoenix Infoparks Private Limited shall be substituted.
