SEZ notified at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II, SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii), DATED 11th AUGUST, 2006] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , the 11th August, 2006 Notification S.O. 1293 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 16th June, 2006 under sub section (10) of section 3 to M/s.
