To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Behrampur, Balola and Bandhwari, Tehsil, Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana. - S.O. 2605(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th October, 2014 S.O. 2605(E).- Whereas, M/s. G. P. Realtors Private Limited had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Behrampur, Balola and Bandhwari, Tehsil, Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified the area of 18.86858 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 1159(E), dated 4th May, 2009 ; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had de-notified an area of 2.1601 hectares and notified an additional area of 4.8817 hectares to make resultant area as 21.59023 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 103(E), dated 18th January, 2011 ; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified an area of 0.14670 hectares to make resultant area as 21.73693 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 208(E), dated 2nd February, 2012 ; And, whereas, M/s. G. P.
