Seeks to amend Notification No. 83/2014-Customs( N.T.), dated 16.09.2014 - 105/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 07th November, 2014 G.S.R. 779(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No. 83/2004-Customs (N.T.), dated the 30thJune 2004, published vide number G.S.R. 393 (E), dated the 30 th June 2004, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number (2) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (2) the Commissioners of Central Excise to be Commissioners of Customs within their respective jurisdiction as specified under rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002; .
