MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th August, 2008 SO.2054(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development), number S.O. 477(E), dated the 25th July, 1991, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph II, for sub-paragraph `A', the following shall be substituted, namely:- A.
