NOTIFICATION

In consonance with the Notification of revised Form DVAT-16 and Form DVAT-17 issued by the Government vide No.F.3(4)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2013-14/DSVI/ 519 dated 09.07.2013 and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 70 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), I, Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby notify that the Notification No.F.1(22)/P-II/VAT/Act/2007/330 dated 17.08.2007 and F.1(22)/P-II/VAT/Act/2007/578-588 dated 22.11.2007, stand withdrawn.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
