Kelshi Port (Maharashtra) notified as Customs area for loading/unloading place for export goods - 01/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

Commissioner of Customs, Pune Notification No. 1/2015-Cus. (N.T.) 30/01/2015 By virtue of powers vested in me, under section 8(a) of the Customs Act 1962, (52 of 1962) , I, Vasa Seshagiri Rao, Commissioner, Customs, Pune, hereby approve the area specified in column no. 2 of the schedule to this notification to be the loading/unloading place for export goods, namely Bauxite Ore and notify the area under Section 8(b) of the said Act as specified in column no. 3 as Customs area within the limits specified in column no. 4 of the schedule, subject to the strict observance of the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 , and the circulars/instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time, and also determine the limits of such place as specified in column no. 4 of the said schedule to which the provisions of the said Act shall apply.
