Photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films for professional use. - 19 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 19 Dated 10/01/1969 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11N of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films therefor notified under section 11B of the said Act , from the provisions of sections 11C , 11E and 11F of the said Act when such photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films are being kept for professional use by a press photographer, a registered newspaper, a news agency or any organisation under the Government of India or a State Government or any department of such Government.
