Authority for Advance Ruling - 16/2002-Ad. 1-C - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 16/2002-Ad. 1-C Dated 24/04/2002 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 28F of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Authority, for giving advance rulings, to be called as the Authority for advance Rulings and the Authority shall hold its office at New Delhi.
