Special Courts - SO 419 (E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Notification New Delhi, the Dated 21-2-2013 SO 419(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Kerala, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, number S.O. 841(E), dated the 1st June, 2006 , namely:- In the Annexure to the said notification, for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- 9. Kerala The Principal Sessions Court at Ernakulam (Kochi) and Kozhikode (Calicut) The entire State of Kerala. [F.NO. 6/3/2005-ES),
