Amendments in the Notification No. S.O. 841 (E), dated the 1st June, 2006 - 03/2012 - Prevention of Money-Laundering

Ministry of finance Department of revenue Notification No. 3/2012 New Delhi, the Dated 29-10-2012 SO 2577(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Bombay, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. S.O. 841 (E), dated the 1st June, 2006 , namely:- In the Annexure to the said Notification, for serial number 13 and the entries pertaining to Maharashtra, the following shall be substituted, namely :- 13. Maharashtra Court of Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay All the Principal District and Sessions Judges Area comprising Greater Bombay Area comprising their respective (Judicial) District. .
