Adjudicating authorities, composition, powers, etc. - GSR 437(E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Department of Revenue Notification Dated 1-7-2005, GSR 437(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints an Adjudicating Authority to exercise jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred by or under the said Act. The Adjudicating Authority shall consist of a Chairperson and two Members and shall function within the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance of the Central Government with Headquarters at New Delhi.
