Central Government de-notifies an area of 257.05 hectares at village Kendur in Taluka Shirur and Villages Nimgaon, Dawdi, Kanhersar in Taluka Khed, District Pune in the State of Maharashtra - S.O. 1266(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13 th April, 2017 S.O. 1266(E). - Whereas, M/s. Khed Economic Infrastructure Private Limited, a private organization in the State of Maharashtra, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up Multi Product Special Economic Zone at village Kendur in Taluka Shirur and Villages Nimgaon, Dawdi, Kanhersar in Taluka Khed, District Pune in the State of Maharashtra; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 1000 hectares area at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Numbers S.O. 1463 (E) dated 16th June, 2010 AND, WHEREAS, M/s.
