Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 24 th March 2018 FA-3-08/2018-1-V-(37).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No.19 of 2017), the State Government hereby, appoints the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial No. 2 (ii) [other than 2(ii)(7)], (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii) of this department's notification No. F.A-3-08-2018-1-V-(33), dated 7 th March 2018, shall come into force.
