GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) Notification No. 21/2017-State Tax Imphal, the 29th December, 2017 No. 5/10/2011-FD(TAX):- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Government of Manipur hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial numbers 2(ii) and 2(iii) of notification No. 5/10/2017-FD(TAX) dated the 6th September, 2017, published in the Gazette of Manipur, Extraordinary, vide number 338, dated the 6th October, 2017, shall come into force.
