MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th October, 2018 No. 2(2)/2018-SPS.- The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India Notification No. 2(2)/2018-SPS dated the 23rd April, 2018 titled Industrial Development Scheme for Jammu and Kashmir, 2017 . 2. The existing sub para 7.5 under para 7 thereof titled Mandatory requirement , is hereby amended as under:- FOR: Units which have commenced production on or after 15.06.2017 will be allowed to register with DIPP up to 30.09.2018. READ: Units which have commenced production on or after 15.06.2017 will be allowed to register with DIPP up to 31.10.2018. No further extension will be allowed. Dr. VANDANA KUMAR, Jt. Secy.
