Amendment in Export Policy of textile raw material for masks and coveralls - 18/2015-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy

Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhavan New Delhi Notification No. 18/2015-2020 New Delhi, Dated: 13th July 2020 Subject: - Amendment in Export Policy of textile raw material for masks and coveralls S.O. 2311 (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , as amended, read with Para 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 52 dated 19.03.2020 amending the Schedule 2 of the ITCHS Export policy related to export of textile raw material for masks and coveralls as per the product description given below: S. Effect of this Notification: The Notification No. 52 dated 19.03.2020 is amended to the extent that only non-woven fabric of 25 to 70 GSM and melt blown fabric of any GSM exported against the HS codes specified above is prohibited for export. All other non-woven fabrics with GSM other than 25-70 GSM are freely allowed for exports.
