Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016 - S.O. 1648 (E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th April, 2021 S.O. 1648 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the concerned High Court, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), vide number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016 , namely:- In the said notification in the table, for serial number 12 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely: - TABLE (1) (2) (3) (4) 12.
