Amendment in Notification No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020 - 1/2022-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No. J.21011/7/2021-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 1/2022-State Tax Aizawl, the 21st March, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, No. 13/2020 State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020, vide file no. N0.J.21011/2/2020 (f) - TAX, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
