REVENUE DEPARTMENT (CT-II) THE TELANGANA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX RULES, 2017 - AMENDMENT TO THE EXTENSION OF WAIVER OF PENALTY UPTO 30th JUNE, 2021 - NON-COMPLIANCE WITH DYNAMIC QR CODE. [G.O. Ms. No. 132, Revenue (CT-II), 24th November, 2022.] In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No. 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification vide G.O. Ms. No. 21, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dt: 06-02-2021, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) For the figures letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
