The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1844(E) dated 10.05.2021 , for inclusion of new members in KASEZ Authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: 5 Sh.Pawan Malani, Director ,M/s. Dinesh Pouches Pvt. Ltd. , KASEZ 6 Sh. Ankur Garg, Partner, M/s. Vishnu Exports, KASEZ shall be substituted as under: 5 Sh.
