Amendment in Notification S.O. No. 546/2023, dated the 19th of October, 2023 - S.O. 40 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT Civil Secretariat, J K NOTIFICATION Jammu, the 12 th of January, 2024 S.O. 40 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department S.O. No. 546/2023, dated the 19th of October, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, after the words hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed the words and figures with effect from 1st day of January 2024 shall be inserted and shall deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st July 2023.
