Rescinds the Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax dated 14th September, 2023 - 03/2024-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 03/2024-State Tax Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 5th March, 2024 GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 No. (GHN-18) GST-2024/S.148(51) GST Cell :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-61) GST-2023/S.148(45)GST Cell dated the 14th September, 2023 being Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
