Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2008. - G.S.R. 83 (E) - Foreign Contribution (Regulation)

Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th February, 2008, G.S.R. 83 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (49 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 , namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2008. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 , in rule 4, in sub-rule (1), in clause (a) , for the words within four months , the words within nine months shall be substituted.
