Amendment to Notification No. 147/84-C.E., on specified drug intermediates

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 147/84-Central Excises, dated the 18th June, 1984, namely :-

In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 55 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :-
