Complex of the Container Corporation of India at Pithampur appointed as Inland Container Depot Notification No. 42/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 12-8-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Container Corporation of India Ltd. Complex at Sector-3, Mhow-Neemuch Road, Pithampur Industrial Area, Indore as an Inland Container Depot for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
