Amendments to Customs Tariff Act, 1975 by Clause (B) of Section 121 of Finance (No. 2) Act, 1991 - Date of Enforcement Notification No. 79/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-12-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 121 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1991 (49 of 1991), the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of January, 1992, to be the date on which the amendments to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), as specified in the Third Schedule to the said Finance Act, shall come into force.
