Amendment to Notification No. 16/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 63/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-10-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/90-Cus. (N.T.), dated 6th April, 1990, namely :- In the said notification in column No. 2 against Sl. No. 13, the following entry shall replace the existing entry :- "Central Excise Collectorate, Chandigarh, in the Union Territory of Chandigarh."
