Exchange rates - Amendment to Notification No. 38/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 58/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 14-9-1990 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the-Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 38/90-NT-Cus. [S.O. 513(E)], dated 27th June, 1990 namely :- In the Schedule below the said notification for serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 2. AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS 6.8175 This rate will be effective from 17-9-1990.
