Exchange Rate for Russian Rouble Notification No. 21/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 14-5-1990 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 72/89-NT-Customs [G.S.R. No. 1059 (E)], dated the 20th December, 1989 the Central Government hereby determines that for the purpose of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice-versa, shall be rupees 20.5520. This rate will be effective from Monday, the 14th May, 1990.
