Mannitol Busulphan preparations - Amendment to Notification No. 20/99-Cus. Notification No. 67/99-Cus. Dated 26-5-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 20/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, namely:- In the said notification, in List 2, for item (112), the following shall be substituted namely :- "(112) Mannitol Busulphan preparations".
