Effective rate of basic and additional duty for specified goods of Chapters 1 to 99 Notification No. 34/99-Cus. Dated 11-3-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 20/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, namely :- In the said notification, in the Annexure, in condition number 64, in clause (c), the words "and is not manufactured in India" shall be omitted.
