Warehousing Station Notification No. 449/86-Cus. Dated 13-10-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Kundiam in District Goa in the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, to be a warehousing station for the purposes of setting up of hundred per cent export oriented units.
