Appoints the 13th January, 2010 as the date on which Sections 20 , 21 and 22 relating to surveys or inspections by an agency, Investigation, inspection and search or seizure by the notified agency and to specify specify any act or omission made punishable as punishable offence NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 13th January, 2010 S.O. 75(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th January, 2010 as the date on which Sections 20 , 21 and 22 of the said Act shall come into force.
